SmartThings troubleshooting
If the Sengled Elements Classic bulb goes offline and needs resetting, follow these steps:
- In SmartThings, add device (+)
- Search for Sengled (by brand)
- Pick lighting
- Pick Sengled (not Wi-Fi bulbs or not certified by Canada)
- Tap Start
- Select a location and tap next
- Skip QR verification
- When it gets to "Install and power on light" transfer to the physical bulb
- Starting in the on position, turn the bulb off and on 10 times
- Try to keep a steady pattern
- If successful it should begin to pulse
- Be patient and give the app some time to pick up the bulb, it's not very quick but not incredibly slow either
